The case involves a superior and his subordinate in the same work place. The superior complained to management of the company that, the subordinate doesn’t accord him the due respect he deserves in the workplace and if nothing is done about it he would prefer to leave the company. As a mediator and a member of the board for that company, he requested to meet both parties to discuss the issue at hand with them. He listened to each party’s side of the story and settled the issued amicably. Now both of them are working still working in the same company peacefully.
